Kelebihan Pintu Solid Engineering / The Advantages of Solid Engineering Door

Terdapat beberapa proses dalam produksi sebuah pintu yang menghasilkan beberapa jenis pintu. Karena memiliki proses produksi yang berbeda, maka keunggulan dan kelemahan tiap jenis pintu pastinya juga berbeda. (Khusus di blog ini kita akan menekankan pada pintu solid engineering)

Beberapa jenis pintu berdasarkan proses pembuatannya yaitu:

1.  Pintu Kayu Solid adalah jenis pintu kayu yang kuat, awet dan mampu meredam suara karena teksturnya yang rapat, namun mahal.

2.  Pintu Hollow adalah jenis pintu yang inti pintunya biasa diisi dengan gabus (tidak benar-benar kosong) dan murah, sayangnya jenis pintu ini tidak bisa meredam suara.

3.  Pintu Solid Engineering adalah jenis pintu kayu yang sudah melewati proses engineering di pabrik seperti proses laminasi dan veneer. Jenis pintu ini kuat dan tidak mudah bengkok.

There are some process in door's production which resulting some kind of door. Because they having a different production process, the result could be different too. (Specially in this blog we will press on solid engineering door).

Some kind of door based on construction process:

1.  Solid Wood Door is one kind of the wood door which strong, durable and able to muffling sound because the compact texture, but expensive.

2.  Hollow Door is one kind of wood door which the core usually filled in with cork  (not really empty) and cheap, unfortunately this door can't muffling the sounds.

3.  Solid Engineering Door is one kind of wood door which already passed the process of engineering in manufacture like laminating and veneer process. This kind of door is strong and not easy to crooked.
