Dengan berlakunya new normal saat ini, aktivitas pembangunan juga dilanjutkan. Berikut ini beberapa dokumentasi pengerjaan proyek pintu yang diproduksi Sumber Berkat Mulia, dengan sumber daya manusianya yang makin terlatih. // As applied the new normal condition right now, the activity of building just continued. Here is some of our documentation on producing our solid engineering door with our trained human resources.

1.  Pintu Solid Engineering dengan Finishing HPL. Diproduksi dengan konstruksi solid engineering yang memungkinkan bagian dalam pintu kayu anti menyusut, karena proses konstruksi dari solid engineering telah mengurangi sifat kayu yang mudah menyusut. Sebelum pintu diberi lapisan HPL, untuk memberi perlindungan tahan air, tahan api dan tahan rayap, maka diberi lapisan HMR terlebih dahulu. Selanjutnya, finishing Papersheet dapat diaplikasikan dengan perekat yang berkualitas sehingga tidak mudah mengelupas. Pintu dengan finishing HPL memiliki harga yang terjangkau. Pemilihan motif kayu untuk pintu dapat memberi kesan minimalis, elegan dan hangat pada ruangan. Pengaplikasian HPL mudah dibersihkan dengan kanibo, juga struktur pintu tidak akan lapuk dan pintu lebih anti gores.

Produced with solid engineering construction which allowing the core inside this door is un-shrink, the process of solid engineering construction have been decreasing the nature of wood which easy to shrink. Before the door layered by the HPL, to protect our door from water, heat or hot (of the weather or any condition) and termite resistant, we layered them first with HMR. Next, the HPL could be pressed down with our good quality adhesive so it wont be easy to flake. This kind of solid engineering door is one of our affordable product. By choosing a wood motive would give the impression of minimalist, elegance and warm to your room. The application of HPL ease you to clean up your door with cannibo, and the door structure will not weathered, plus it will be anti scratch.

2. Barecore Kayu Merbau & Jati.

Barecore adalah sususan kayu-kayu balok yang disambungkan. Barecore Sumber Berkat Mulia juga bisa diproduksi kembali dengan menambahkan pelapis agar menjadi Blockboard.
Produk ini biasa dijadikan untuk partisi, flouring, backdrop, core pintu, dll. Baik digunakan untuk pemakaian indoor maupun outdoor.

Merbau & Jati Barecore.

Barecore was an arranged small wood bar. Our barecore could be produced again by adding a layer to make them as a Blockboard. You could use this product as a partition, flouring, backdrop, door core, etc. Our product was customized, so you can use this for outdoor or indoor.

3. Pintu Solid Engineering Core Jati 
Produksi pintu di Sumber Berkat Mulia bisa customized untuk masalah ukuran, motif dan finishingnya (HPL / Veneer / Papersheet / Duco). Disamping adalah salah satu pesanan pintu solid engineering untuk rumah pribadi dengan Core Jati, kemudian diberi lapisan veneer, dengan tinggi 3 meter.

Tidak jauh berbeda dengan pintu solid engineering Finishing HPL sebelumnya, pintu dengan jenis finishing ini lebih banyak memiliki peminat karena harganya yang lebih terjangkau dengan kualitas tahan rayap, tahan api, tahan air, anti susut dan anti gores.
